What are the entry requirments?
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Must hold a current C Class licence as a minimum
- Sound verbal and written comprehension of the English language is mandatory
- Must have basic computer skills to enable access to the online learner portal and completion of pre-requisite learning
- Steel cap boots, long pants, and a long-sleeved shirt are required for the quarry
- Two forms of identification, one of which must be photo ID
Assessment
Classroom-based theory component with practical training followed by theoretical and practical assessment
PLEASE NOTE:
Practical training will utilise a modern CAT 773E with a payload capacity of 60t, commonly used on mine sites.
