This HR Licence Package is designed to help participants obtain their HR (Heavy Rigid) vehicle licence with a restricted (automatic) gearbox. The course involves theoretical learning, practical driving instruction, and a final practical driving assessment conducted by an RMS assessor approved by the Department of Transport. What are the entry requirments?
- Must have basic computer skills to enable access to the online learner portal and completion of pre-requisite learning
- Must have held a C Class (Car) licence for a minimum of 2 years
- Licence must be issued in WA
- Learner’s permit (optional)
- Enclosed shoes must be worn when driving the truck
Assessment
Classroom-based theory component with practical training followed by theoretical and practical assessment

There will be a mandatory pre-requisite information session and questionnaire, completed online, as a requirement for this course.
