What are the entry requirments?
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Sound verbal and written comprehension of the English language is mandatory
- Must have basic computer skills to enable access to the online learner portal and completion of pre-requisite learning
- Two forms of identification, one of which must be photo ID
Assessment
Classroom-based theory component with practical training followed by theoretical and practical assessment
PLEASE NOTE:
This course is conducted using the state-of-the-art “TENSTAR” simulator, replicating mining industry equipment. The simulator utilises an operator’s seat with sensitive electric actuators and has a weight rating of 130kg. Please be mindful of this prior to booking.
